Between 3500 and 5000+, depending on what engine and tranny, whether you are going to install it or a shop, doing the timing belt and water pump, and perhaps a new flywheel and clutch.
It will cost more and take longer than expected.

at the lowest about 2k assuming u dont need to replace anything and u do the swap yourself, otherwise figure 2k for engine/tranny/ecu, about $500+ to install, and then any misc. stuff like belts and what not that needs to be replaced, and that 2k is hmo cash if u dont need the linkage....most other places are 2300+ for the swap, oh yeah, USE THE SEARCH

most shops will screw you on install labor. i would expect that if you goto an obd2 swap that will run 2500-3000 if you can find one, and labor i would expect it to be 25-50 percent higher than for a 4th or 5th gen, if you get an obd2 swap, the money you saved will go into obd conversion at a shop.
