Default searched...how do i take off mirrors??

i need to take them off for painting, and i plan on gettin some spoom ones.

Hmm... Spoom is a good choice. There's screws on the inside... look at the situation, if you stare hard enough, you'll see what I mean.

You're right, your threads do suck. You simply take off the cover on the end of the mirror adjuster dealie. Then you take out that small screw and take off the rest of the "handle". Next you'll need to take off the triangle trim piece that the adjuster sticks out of, it just pops off. Behind that piece you'll find three screws. Unscrew those, pull the mirror out from the outside and yaaay it's off.

i couldnt get the triangle cover off, i tried to pop it off but i didnt want to break it.
and this thread doesnt suck , im asking for help even though its for something stupid like taking off a mirror so if you want to be a little bitch about it then **** off.
