what kinda brighter bulbs to use?
My lights are kinda yellowish and dim lookin. I was drivin kinda behind, to the side, of this other teg and noticed he had brighter whitish headlights. Dont know if he had a full HID or not, but are there brighter/whiter bulbs to get??
This isnt an appearance question...I just wanna light up the road a bit more to see better. thx.

Are your headlights themselves clear? I noticed a difference when my bodyshop polished my headlights. Not only do they look new, but that nasty film on them are now gone.
Piaas are expensive..if you want cheap bulbs, get the Hyper Xenon, they are BRIGHT, although blue..

I had Sylvania CoolBlues 9006(low beam) in my car, got them from Autozone for about 30bux a pair and you get whiter light and they are DOT&SAE approved. If you want more light(yellowish), go to http://www.autolamps-online.com/ and get some Philips Vision Plus+.

bang for the buck... hyper's... i'd be pissed if i spent $100+ on my low beam bulbs and one blew out.
I love my hyper's so far, and i love the blue.

I used Piaa Super Plasma and have a review on my Civic web site. The address is listed in my profile.
Short view.
- Super cool look
- White is NOT = bright (sorry, I have to disagree)
- Overall output is usable, unlike some "blue crap."
Recommendation? Get the Piaa Superplasma with the higher wattage.

i use hipers also and you won't be dissappointed.......the piaa's look bad *** and light up the road really well but are way too bright to on coming traffic, and many people have them burn out in a few months cuz they get so hot.....since the integra headlight housing is so small, there is a good chance they will burn out or melt your wiring harness
sylvania cool blue works fine for me.. have them for more than 2 years and they are the ****..
, not HID white but whiterthan stock. and you also gain visibility not like some brands out there.

I put PIAA's in my civic right after I got the thing and they burned out about 5 months later. For 90 bucks, I found a cheaper bulb. E-Bay is full of japanese import "hyper white" type lights for 20 to 30 bucks. I found that Wal-Mart has some bulbs put out by GE as well called super blue halogen. A set of 2 is about 15 bucks and they work. it's what i have in right now. They last me about a year and they're brighter then stock.
