Default Compression Check

I am thinking of picking up this 91 accord for I guess a family ride kinda thing. The car has a H22 dropped in it but was turboed previously, and then the guy tried selling the car, and then parted the turbo kit, and went all motor again, and is now selling the car again. My question to you is:

I want him to compression check the motor infront of me, but what is good compression suppose to be? What numbers are good for each cylinder?

As long as theyre all the same or close to each other you should be good to go.

Consistancy is best. Over 200 would be good on that motor. I had a friend with a JDM H22A accord pull 230 across the board.
