What is the size of the usdm/cdm OEM ITR Steering Wheel?
Well I was like 6'2 when I got the ITR and now i'm like 6'5-6 and noticing the lame *** oem steering wheel acura gave us is kinda bothering my knee's.
Just wondering what is the size of the oem steering wheel we got in North America is? Once I find out I can start shopping around for a nice new MoMo or a JDM one.
Thanks ...

Search and you will find a answer but from what I remember it was either 365 or 370. If you get anything from 350mm and below it will be an improvement over stock. Too small and it will become more like a go cart and comes down to personal preference.

Thanks. I just walked into a car "ricer" store near my school and was looking at some 'Grant' wheels. 300mm I think they were and just holding it felt like an arcade game steering wheel. Don't think I could drive with it.

Would a 350mm wheel do this?
Would a 350mm wheel do this?
Yes. But it all depends on your seating position and line of sight.
Test it out before purchasing
Just line it up centered to your stock wheel and you should get a rough idea of the clearance.

I am almost 6 feet tall and I have the 350mm momo corse pictured above. With the wheel adjusted at it's lowest position, i can still see everything without the wheel blocking my view. If I were 6'5" I think I would have to adjust the wheel all the way up, in which case I think that I would still be able to see everything.
A steering wheel extender is helpful when using wheels smaller than 350 mm. Since the wheel is closer to you - it is easier to see the guages - but you will usually have to keep the wheel in the most superior position.
Here is a pic of my 330mm wheel and 60 mm extender. Pic was taken from eye level - you can actually see my legs in the shot - I can see my gauges fine.

Did they include the NSX-R horn button? It doesn't say anything about it in the ad and I highly doubt it with that price.
I spoke to Alan at A-J Racing and he said they would have more Momo wheels in a couple weeks.

nsx horn button is not included. The horn button itself is over 150. If anyone could get it for less let me know.
I thought the stock wheel was 390mm? 350mm is about the perfect size, the 320mm wheels block your guages

Aww my mistake, good deal either way. Thanks for the heads up.

$150?!? $99 at jdmhondaparts.com search under jdm interior. Yummy what I plan to get.

You should be aware that replacing the stock wheel with a non SRS one will also turn off the passenger side air bag. Just something to consider.
