Default JRSC?s please help did search

First I just wanted to say that you guys are a wealth of info and I always like reading the information on here. As you can see I am noob so thanks for the input.

Ok I want to build my motor to 300 whp I have a jdm h22 by the way and and want to know if you guys think I can get there using a supercharger by JR. I am planning on purchasing either the Hytech or the Smsp headers I have a cat back greddy and Aem CAI, already not to meantion ngk wires and all.

I know that I need to have a hondata a p72 or use my p13 maybe some cams from skunk 2, Not sure on the valvetrain, and the proper tuning. Buy what else do you think it will take to get my goal using a supercharger or even if its possible. I cant find a consistent set up for what I want. Will I have many problems. I want reliability. Thanks for the answers in advance

The intake temps are too high. Although I think 300 whp with the 10.6:1 compression and 9 psi might be obtainable, I doubt it would be reliable. Go turbo.

Yeah I know I wanted all motor but I realized that might not give me the gains that I am looking for and I dont really want to turbo. I have this engine and I really want to do something good and different and make the most power I can reliably coming as close as possible to 300 whp will the jrsc get me there?

Why is a JRSC different? Eitherway you have to fully build the block to handle boost, $$$

There is no intercooler. That's why I'm saying go turbo.

Thanks guys but I did not think that with the supercharger you needed to build the block just running 9 or 10 psi. The shop that I go to stated that I did not have to build the block at such a low boost level. Hey shark what are you putting down to the wheels with your setup? and have you had any issues? What about custom intercooler?

On a USDM motor (10:1 compression) and good tuning, you can get away with 9 psi (although I run a J&S for a last safety net). It's not something I would personally do with a JDM motor

Don't know about power output yet, still haven't dynotuned it at 9 psi. I have an automatic tranny. I put 193 whp to the wheels at 6 psi. There currently is no custom intercooler, and there is precious little space for one.
