What in the hell...
Ok get this i dont understand but maybe its something im overlooking.
I have installed on my car at this moment
CAI
Acell ThunderSport 300Plus Plug Wires
Bosch +4 SparkPlugs.
Ok now when i just got the car and ran it with everything factory i ran it in every gear right to red to "test"
anyhow today on the highway while doing the same thing it cut me off in third gear at about.. 5500 rpm
and after that it wouldnt let floor it in 5th and get past say 4000 rpm. i thought maybe something had got sucked up into the filter but i stoped and all the lines and everything was ok. Now i havent reset the ECU after the CAI and maybe thats it or i didnt think so but do kords have a govenor chip? or rev limiters? thnx for input.
to be specific when i say cut off i dont mean the car shut off i mean it like cut the gas or something as steping on the pedal did nothing untill you let of for about 5 sec's and then you could go again.

I re-checked all my lines and my ignition and im reseting the ecu now ill take her out for a run in the moring and let you all know what happens.. hopefully i can say i hit 118 lol

well the spark cut stock is close to 6k ,a nd the fuel cut is 6500, i have a 7k rpm pill in my msd, i have no problem going over 118, 132 is when the stock ecu cut my fun off, check your distruibutor and rotor

92-95 ecu's have obdI and 96-98 have obdII
so i could take an obdI off a 94 accord and put it in my 96 and be ready to roll?
does that mean i could have spent less money on a 95 kord
and had n obdI stock for stock a better car?
