I have a buddy with an SR20DET and were looking for a source on the block for oil pressure,so far nothing. does anyone one kno where to look ? I've looked near the oil filter and traced back from the Oil feed and no luck. any ideas ?

this forum has been really good to respond to F/I question. Thats why i'm postin here maybe someone might have experience

The best place to tap for oil pressure on the DET is at the factory oil pressure sending unit location. This is below the intake manifold on the block. The best way to do it is with one of these http://www.nissport.com/catalo...Type=

 

FWD or RWD DET? this might help, i have a FWD DE block with DET head.....the oil pressure sending unit is in this area
