yes the tip is cut. Looks more stock. If youd like you can just put a new tip on there. But theres really no point.

lol, having the tip cut off doesnt change the difference of the sound of the muffler AT ALL. The reason it was cut and painted black was to achieve stock looks. Not rice looks. The muffler sounds near stock till vtec kicks in then it SCREAMS. By the way.... BUMP
