Default problem with boging when first crank when not been cranked in few hours

My car bogs when i first crank it. If i crank it and drive until it gets warm it dont bog as bad. What could this be? I have a b16a in a 90 model civic.

maybe running rich on open loop mode. what kind of ecu?

U might have a bad IACV selenoid, clean it and try it also try opening the idle screw a little more and see what it does. Also when car is idling unplug the IACV and listen for changes in rpm if it doesnt change it might be broken or clloged. It might be also fuel like posted above and it might be a few other things.
