Default Pics of My new motor and turbo setup.

I posted a few pics of my motor last week, and the WE-Todd server messed up so i lost em, i will repost a couple pics. The SPARK manifold is temporary, i decided i will give it a try regardless of what everyone says, Since this is my first turbo build/experience. I will just give it a try and see how i like it before i Go buy a Full Race setup, wich i already have planned

2.0 ITR motor

t3/t4 .60 trim with .63 AR
i went ahead and cut it. If this thing cracks one time im just goin on and buying a Full Race or Lovefab anyway.

Im gonna break the motor in without boost, i gotta save a few $ for tuning. Oh well, thought i'd share with yall. I know this is just gonna turn into a "that manifold is trash" thread. But it looks like it has a few more welds than others ive seen. Heavy too. Maybe it will hold long enough

yea i know

I was happy with the dumptube position...doesnt look like we will have to do much for the side exit I found a sheet of carbon fiber to make my plate out of.

I didn't brace it...Figured that would just move the stress elsewhere on the manifold. I have the turbo supported with brackets off the block...there is absolutely NO weight pulling down on the manifold. I also have 2 wastegate outlets in the collector that merge into my wastegate (Solved the creep/spike problem associated with these manifolds) 307whp 212wtq stock b16a

: I can get pics of what i have done if you want, its worked for me so far. it might be hard to understand

Havent even dyno'd it yet, or even put the turbo kit on. I will post #'s as soon as i get it together and dyno'd.

I am currently gonna run 998cc injectors, Walbro 255, Some sort of FPR, and a Hondata s200b. If i see any need to upgrade to stainless lines i will

I plan on seeing 400+ HP at 25PSI

That manifold is fine....... just throw some more welds on it........ i know everyone hates it, but if you just re-weld some areas, it will hold up more than long enough for you to get something a little nicer... i.e. lovefab, full-race
