Question for sleeved closed deck h-series guys???
For you guys the have a sleeved 87-89mm blocks, do the outside of the sleeves touch? Or are they perfectly round?
yes they do....the cylinders are not 4 complete circles. The fact that the sleeves are thck guarantees they overlap

It would be ungodly thin if they DID touch

Well both have a water jacket...one just has a 'deck' joining the sleeves to the block. I wouldn't think there was anything different about the sleeves themselves?

There is a 0.5mm gap or even smaller between sleeves on my block. I am using sleeves from JG engine dynamics. I'll try to locate a pic when I get home.
Not the best pic, but mine pretty much looks like Satan_srv's except for the fact that mine is a CLOSED deck (Also done by Golden Eagle Mfg):

LA Boost Sleeves. Yeah they are huge, just the way I like it. We had to machine material off to get them in the block
