Default CRVtec Hondata

I am just trying to figure out what I need to run Hondata in my 00 civic. Already have a chipped p28 and OBDI > OBDII. What all do I need to get Hondata up and running in my car?

hondata's homepage is too technical..cant read past a paragraph before i start thinking abou something else....

oh yeah huh...! i have nothing else to do while im sitting at work with only 1 customer looking at **** way in the back.....
