Need OEM Part Numbers...

I currently need the part nubmers for the D-Brackets, Bushings & Endlinks.

I need these part numbers for I am going to be using a USDM ITR Rear Sway bar on my 92 civic hatch back. I already have the beaks kit, but dont have the three items listed above.
