where can i find shock boot covers for koni yellows with ground controls
I have koni yellows along with ground controls on my 92 civic hatch, and there isn't shock boots on it to protect the shock piston. Where can I find shock boots that will fit on them? Also, with the GC coilovers, i think i have 375lbs springs for the front and around 250lbs for the rear, is this the correct setup, or does the rear suppose to have a stiffer spring. I'm thinking the front suppose to have a higher rate spring because it has a heavier weight, but for drag a higher rate for the rear would be better? thanks
They dust shields not necessary.
If you want to track your car, then the heavier springs will be of benefit. If not, dont worry aboot it.

a lot of ppl just get by without the stock boot covers. ive heard ideas of using steering rack accordian boots to cover the piston tho, seems like a good idea. i actually saw at autozone some aftermarket stuff specifcally for covering the sohck piston, so its around if you really want it.
as for which springs go up front, read the link on my coilover faq. basically its up to you.

Could the koni shocks get damaged if the dust boots aren't used? If it doesen't then i wont bother to get shock boot covers.
About the spring rates, I read the article, and sounds like stiffer rear spring is prefered for less under steer. Since my spring rates are 375 front and 250 rear, would I benefit front swapping the stiffer to the rear? Because 250lbs is around stock front spring rate. What do you guys think? I do mostly street and highway driving and occasionally drag, but like to take quick turns. And will the stiffer rear spring improve any handling, or its just less understeer feel? thanks

Leave the springs where they are. And dont do anything stupid.
