Default ITR lips for $124???

A buddy of mine was web surfing when he came across this: http://www.streetstyler.com/In...s.htm ...Has anyone seen this? Seems a lil' fishy to me. What do I care though, I just bought a used one for $75 ... Just giving y'all a heads up just in case it's a legit deal. I also know that some group buy is going on, search for that if you're looking for one. last I checked, it was like $275 painted?

We've had those same ones for some time now and also sell them w/shipping included in the price . BTW, they're a "Type R" style, and not a true Type R lip. Here are some "not so good" pictures of the lip on a car that we got ahold of the last minute, but still shows the lip on the 98-01 Integra bumper pretty good: http://www.JDMshit.com/ITRlip

Newman - Kinda odd with that picture. Somewhat your ITR lip looks more like a SIR integra lip? Correct me if im wrong.

The overall look is kind of similar to an SiR-G lip (but not the same... I have my real-deal SiR-G car parked on the side in those pictures and the lip still looks different ). Also, the SiR-G lip mounts from underneath the bumper. This lip mounts against the bumper like other aftermarket lips. With the lip off of the car, it looks very similar to the "Type R" style lip that you would get for a 92-95 Civic or any other Civic..... just that this one is made to fit the 98-01 Integra bumpers.

it all depends on the material its made out of. I've seen thin fiberglass ones go for about 50$ each. As for this one it says plastic (and i think its not anywhere close to the quality of OEM material), not urathane <-- which is what i would recommend

If that's how it looks, all I've got to say is **** THAT. The Sir-G lip looks dope, but that one has sharp ridges and goes too far out. Maybe I'd have to see it paint matched and a whole picture of the car to change my mind.

OEM is the only way to go. although comptech does make a nice one, but the pictures i've seen, the lip seems to "jut" out a little more on the corners.

anyone notice that they sell replica side skirts too?? they don't look all that bad, and made from abs plastic...so they should be durable.

Id say spend the extra and get the real thing , never short yourself money just to get something. when in return you may end up buying it in the future because of your dissapointment.

Im in search of the entire OEM ITR kit, I already got my ITR wing. Ill have an ITR lip as soon as I get my money together. Then, I gotta search for the sides and then the rear side pieces.

A friend of mine and I are doing the GB. He is the manager of Le-Toy Motorsports in Bakersfield. Its the comptech 94 - 97 or 98 - 01 ITR lip. $190 Shipped or $275 painted. I'm to ask him about the painted cost to see if he can go a lil' lower but no promises guys.

He should have my lip in now or sometime this week. He wants to post pics of it just to show you all before he goes ahead with the GB. Its also going to be painted and pics of that will be shown to show you the quality of the work.

I have a thread about the GB so if you interested just let me know.

I got the comptech lip from the last GB and it does not fit as good as OEM. There are gaps in the middle section.

Nothing beats OEM. If you can find an OEM one more power to you.

What he said. I just picked up an OEM ABS ITR lip last weekend, and looking at it compared to the comptech one, it doesn't stick out as much and it fits differently. The lip kinda just snaps on. It has extra places for screws to go too (not just two on the bumper edges). The Comptech one I had for my '96 kinda slid over and it took some tries to get it to fit right when a friend and I were putting it on his cousin's car (sold it to him). I like the OEM one better, but I wish it was urethane.

I wish the comptech one wasn't so beefy. It's good for durability but it doesn't fit as perfect as I'd like. Still looks awesome though.

I'd get the imitation one, put it on, and kill a bunch of cones with it.
