Jackson Racing Headers
I just got my headers in after ordering them about 2 months ago......it was on major back order...i am about to install them....any tips?....anything i need to watch out for?.......thanks

it's a simple job, one thing tho, i hope you don't have a aftermarket front sway bar, cus this stupid JR race header might block its way. I have this problem and havn't solve it yet. (it clears for stock sway btw)

Are you planning to run it with their "test pipe" (that short piece of tubing with O2 bungs and a flange to connect to the exhaust) that comes with the header, or are you going to run a high flow cat at the end of it?

i just put my jr header in a few weeks ago...i totally love it...my header is hooked up to a carsound cat to a apexi n1 exhuast....my car sounds like a motorcycle/crotch-rocket gunning it down the street. hahahah

Did you use a bolt on carsound cat? or did you get flanges customed welded onto your cat to bolt onto your exhaust and race header?

i had it custom welded on....

ok...so today i try to put my header on.......and guess what....it doesn't fit.......they welded the flange wrong.....they flip it....and now it doesn't bolt on correctly.....it sucks...i've been waiting for 2 months......literally........and now i have to send it back to jackson racing and now its probably gonna be another 2 weeks...hopefully they will still have some in stock....or i'm gonna be really mad!!!
