got FPR how to adjust?
Turn on the car.
Locate the vacuum line and place a check valve or just cover the end with your finger.
The gauge will now show fuel pressure at W.O.T.
Adjust the nut to get the pressure where you want it.
Reinstall the vacuum line on the regulator.
Enjoy

Does it matter if you set it at WOT or not? I just bought that same COSMO FPR and am going to install it this weekend. Instructions say to just turn key to "on" position and turn nut untill gauge reads stock number...i think on my D16Y8 it is 34psi? am i right? Anyway should i set it at WOT as well?
Thanks,

How about you play around with it. Set it at a low setting and go drive the car, come back and adjust up a little go drive again, repeat if you don't like settings.
Each motor is different.

When i start adjusting the pressure higher and higher how will i know when i should back off? I'm assuming a loss of power due to too much fuel? I have I/H/E on my D16Y8 running a P28 ECU with 95 Si manifold if that matters.

i would like to know how to adjust also..i just installed my b&m fpr. and my gauge reads close to 50psi. whats a safe psi to be on? i know the stock is around 40.
Sorry, I just reread my post, You have to do the opposite, open it all the way and slowly close it each time you make a pass, once you feel the car start to lose power, set it to last setting before loss of power.
Sorry about that, I'm a dumb *** sometimes.
