How can you tell the difference between each bra before installing?

I guess round head light holes vs. Eccentric ones.

I got mine and my rear ITR mat for free with the purchase of the car...

 

An easier way to tell. Look at the corner light area of both of them. The cornerlight area of the 97 one has the slant on the outside and the straight line on the inside.

The opposite for the 98 and up. Straight on the outside and slanted on the inside.

 

do you guys have trouble closing your hood with the bra installed? i find myself slamming the hood really hard in order for it to close.

The 97 and 98 bras also differ in the opening or grill area. 97 is two piece and 98 is just wide open.

To ease closing the hood you need to adjust the hood latch.....2 10mm bolts you loosen and raise the latch up[QUOTE=Willard]search y0!
