I don't think it would be worthwhile for the amount of times you spray.

I may do it on my lude though..I'm interested to see if I can make big gains.

i'm not sure if the golden eagle comes with the hook up or not
ask before you buy.

With most of the drag manifolds you have to tap and thread the manifold for vacuum sources as well as some sensors. Maybe GE has done this for us though...

The manifolds benifit on top end but you compensate this gain by losing some low end power. As for n/a, it is definetely not worth it for street driving unless you are running a fully built high compression motor. A buddy of mine with a neon does have a custom sheetmetal intake manifold and he told me he picked up some nice top end on the dyno.

Keith, nice looking set-up.

What did you do for the plug going to the EGR valve so you do not throw a code?

Do you know if I can take it off of a p74 hondata ecu without throwing a code?

i'm not sharp on p74's?? what are you using for ECU hondata or aem ect...
you can do a lot of **** with a p28 and they are cheep... actually the reason i bought a p28 was for the manifold, so we will see what happens...but ....um
your 400+ hp man whats your goal for hp? anyways
from what i heard this manifold dosent make any power untill around 5,800 rpm's
on the h series...by the way i take it you are running race gas for 20 psi??

Hondata 4b with the LS p74 ecu. The reason I have to run the LS ecu is since my motor is non v-tack.

My goal for power has been met as of right now. The motor is capable of another easy 30-50 with the current set-up but we were running out of time with the dyno and the elbow on the compressor kept popping off.

For 20psi we tuned it with 103 octane... Originally I planned on running c16 though with 25psi. Next trip to the dyno next summer I will be looking for 500 to the wheels. Then it is time to invest in a Supra.

Sorry to get off topic.

the Golden Eagle manifold is agreat street upgrade

i have one on my car, it has 5 actual vaccuum nipples, and 2 1/2" NPT threaded port for other sources, but if you are running additional vacuum using items, the GE vacuu mani is a great upgrade too

the GE intake though was so easy to install, and UNLIKE other sheetmetal intake manifold, the IACV bolts right up to this manifold without ANY modification, i HIGHLY recomend GE's products

well for a peice of mind if you wanted to get into a custom manifold i would run the p28 because it dosent have a egr. who cares if you dont have v-tack anyways
it would just not be used in the hondata set up..
500 to the wheels on a street car is ******* crazy!!! good luck
and i know what your saing about that supra bit... i'm already looking around
for a rx7.. hondas are fun but i want somthing with ***** from the factory..
i dont think i will ever go as far as i did my next car as i did with this one.
but a change would be nice
