What to drop in my CRX. . .
I'm thinking about just buying a CRV longblock, bolting an LS intake onto it, and boosting the hell out of it. I have already gone through a B18a, and currently i'm running a 2nd gen B16a. I was gonna build one nasty LS/Vtec, but CRV keeps poping into my head ?

Sticking with just a B20, you can get about 170-180 whp with about 140 torque out of it. And no VTEC issue worries.
I am anti-Frankenstein because for every one that lasts, there are 20 that don't.
I'd do a fully built and worked B18C motor myself, but since that is out of my budget, I am doing a fully built 1st gen. B16, then later probably adding a built B18C bottom end in place of the B16 one.
I'm an all motor man so turbo is out in my book .......
