Im making a junkyard turbo with an hf mani and a t25 turbo on a 91 crx hf with JDM D15B Vtec.How many psi can i boost stock and how much hp can i get without blowing it up?

 

Here..check out http://www.homemadeturbo.com ..go to "projects" (I think)..they have a ton of D-series junkyard turbo setups. The most I would go without fuel management is maybe 5 psi. If you have some type of fuel management, I would say that you could go up to 6-8 psi if you want, but I'd probably beef up your internals, if you want to go further.
