Default To all of you that have had your Teg' stolen.

All you guys on here who have had your Integra stolen, did you end up getting another Teg? Or did you take a break for a while and get somethin else? I got my Teg' stolen about 3 weeks ago, and I miss the hell out of it, I had it for less than a month. I want another one, but I'm wondering if its smart to get another one right after mine got stolen. What did all you other guys do?

Mine got stolen last november, lost 9k in parts, bought my moms 95 honda accord, left the scene completely, left honda-tech. I drove for 8 months with no boost no teg, very sad time, but I realized i wasn't gong to let some thieves keep me from what I live for, I bought another integra in june of this year installed turbo kit in august and ive been ever since. Buy another teg if you want just be careful, take extra precautions

man your all about getting people's advice on everything. all these used car sales that you post and now another would you get another teg. most people on here are biased and will tell you to get a teg. Why would you listen to someone else? You should do what you want, not some screen name. If you want another teg then get one. If you don't...then look for something else. We can't choose a car for you. If your scared of getting it stolen then go buy a piece of **** and be depressed all your life. Or you can suck it up and get a car you will enjoy (i.e your teg). Make the decision on your own man.......

cliffnotes: If you want a teg = get one, If you don't want a teg = don't get one. Very simple. Make that decision on your own.

there is no good advice lying in this site about your post. its your choice

although this was a somewhat biased response (GET ANOTHER TEG)- I agree w/ it. You're the one who has to live with the car, not us. I had a close encounter with my teg - amatuer theives that weren't able to make off with the prize but tried. Since that day I severed all emotional attachments to the car and decided - on my own - that although it would be premature to sell the car outright I did decide the "next" car would be a worry-free car that I could park and not wonder what is happening to it while I'm away.

Here's my advice - don't substitute your teg for another high theft vehicle (feel free to read into that advice as much as possible).

patdemps makes a great point,

I understand you making a thread to get other poeple opinions, but in the end the decision has to come from yourself and what you want.

i couldnt let some thief mess up my dreams...i would def buy another one...before i built my garage my 97 civic hatch was Broken into in my driveway...they made off with alot of parts but didnt get the car....since then i have built a 2 car garage and then my garage got broken into and once again parts and tools were stolen...so I installed a 8 camara survalience system to protect all my civic, integra, tools and garage!...since the camara install i have helped bring 3 thieves to justice by catcing them in the act trying to break into my garage

I couldn't find another GS-R for sale in the entire KC area in the month I had to shop around so I settled for an Eclipse. I found one GS-R, but it was all beat up. I wasn't going to get an RS/LS/GS because that just wouldn't be the same (I'm not going to dump a ton of money into an RS/LS/GS to make it faster just to have it stolen again). My friend just had his brand new month old RSX stolen! It's getting ridiculous.

I went with the GT Eclipse. It is a bigger/heavier car, but I like how it rides. It's not very desireable to thieves so I can sleep better at night.
