I just installed my stock gsr manifold after having the Skunk2 in for a few months. After putting everything back together like I thought was right I started up the car and the idle was all over the place. It stay at a steady 3grand for a minute then begins to bounce between about 1.5-3 grand. Also my ecu is throwing up a code 23(knock sensor). My question is, what can I do about the crazy idle and how would I go about fixing the CEL code? I need to sell the car as soon as possible. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks guys

 

I would double check the vacuum lines and make sure the knock sensor is pluged in all the way and not damaged from the installation.

 

also make sure you got the vacuum lines going into the right areas.

 

yea that makes sense. but if the knock sensor was damaged how would i go about fixing it?

 

if the knock is damaged, there isn't really not much you can do but to order another unfortunatley. try this place: http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.com. I got my knock sensor there and the durn around time is like 2-3 days. goodluck.
