Its not hard to repaint the vc. Just strip it and degrease it real good.

the single cam f series doesnt have a custom valve cover that i have ever seen, i would get some aircraft remover to strip the krinkle paint and either polish it or paint it.. but if you like the krinkle paint which i do .. you can use some simple green clean it up real good then paint it with light coats of paint so you dont fill up the texture to much

Do stores like Lowes, or Homedepot have the aircraft paint remover? Or do i need to go to a special store?

advance auto parts and autozone carry carb cleaner in a white 1 gallon can for around $10. it will eat paint with no problems. also causes cancer and smells pretty nasty too.

Yes, you can find the paint stripper at any paint store and you need to get some high temp primer also. After you have stripped the cover, go back with RED scotchbrite pad throughly, and clean again with heavy duty degreaser. Once done, prime the entire cover with several coats, (3) and then go with the color. You should use some high temp stuff, but i've done several VC's with regular automotive paint and had perfect results. You should do at least 4-5 coats of the color and let dry completely. After finished, you can go back and grind the VTEC lettering back with a sander or block.
