are they lower than stock integra seats? i cant tell by the picture. if so, how much lower as comprared to del sol sets in an integra?

 

I believe there is a post in another forum about this and the consensus is that they are actually higher then stock integra seats.

 

if ur talkin about jdm recaros then yes u sit higher i just got some 3 days ago. just out of curisoty what does everybody seem to care so much about what height they sit at i unerstand if ur tall but everybody else whats the big deal

 

One reason I can think of is for people that track their car, helmets tend to get in the way with the vehicles headliner.

 

i prefer being in a lower seating position since i dont drive around in a layed back lean position. i tend to sit almost straight up and closer to the steering wheel. i had del sol seats in my car for a while and i had a better postion with added support sitting lower.

i guess no recaro sd in my wish list. anyone have any suggestions on affordable aftermarket seats?

 

mugen and spoon sit low. affordable? no, sorry.
s2k seats. supposedly 1 inch or more lower than stock. need to modify rails but thats it and are cheaper than recaros.

do you want reclineables or bucket seats?

jdm recaros sit lower than stock integra seats and stock itr seats, s2k seats are really low if u still have the s2k rails on them, and del sols are bout the same height as s2ks but it doesnt hug u when ur sitting....how do i know cuz i have a set of red jdm recaros, usdm itr seats, leather integra gsr seats, black s2k seats, and black w/ red stripe del sol seats

 

i just installed a Recaro SRD in my car about 2 weeks ago. I feel as though the seat sits lower than the OEM driver seat. Technically though ... i do not know if they do sit lower or higher on its sliders+bracket.

it would be nice if there are custom rails available that would lower the stock integra seats.
