Default which cam shafts for street and POWER GAINS

just wondering if anyone could help me out with which cam shafts would be best for goos HP gains, but also good for street use.

depends on the which motor you have

good ones for dohc: ITR, CTR, skunk stage 1

for sohc: zex stage 1 & 2

if you have a GSR then its either ITR, CTR or Skunk2 Stage 1 for good gains...if you want even better gains then I suggest Skunk2 Stage 2...still streetable

If you want something cheap, I might as well go for the integra type-r exhaust camshaft and the civic type-r intake camshaft at http://www.jdmhondaparts.com. My friend got them and they work nicely.

I think you have an LS right? Look into Crane. I don't have them, but have heard they give you a good bottom end jump in HP and TQ. Good for the street. Check out ef-1 also.
