Default Having trouble timing my motor.

I'm almost done with my cam swap (Going from JG 1001's back to stock), but I need to time my motor. I see the red mark and the white mark on the crank pulley, but I can't seem to see the mark on the timing belt cover to help me line this thing up?

Where do I need to look or how do these red and white marks need to look so that I know my motor is at TDC?

This is on a 98 Integra LS, BTW.

I think it's about 10:30 on the timing belt cover, relatively to the crankshaft centerline.
