Need help readjusting EJ6 Timing Belt

Hard time getting timing belt back on
edit: EJ6 Sedan w/ D16y7
Changed my Head Gasket because it was blown and now I need to fix the timing.
Before I took off the head; the Crank was at the middle red timing mark, not the white TDC on the far right and still is (the picture is used for reference, I found it on one of the many tutorials I have bookmarked that I just don't quite understand) (Picture LINK)
The Camshaft was at UP, and is again that I've reinstalled it.
and the distributor is facing the #1 Spark Plug.
-I don't have a Timing Light/Gun
-I don't have a tool(s) to get the crank pulley off nor will I take it off.
What do I do?
Also; how would I go about getting to the tensioner? Taking off the driver side motor mount and pulling off the lower timing belt cover, or can I just slip a socket right in (from what I heard I don't have to)?

I didnt want to have to take off the bottom timing belt cover... Way too late now, already midnight.
Any alternative for me to try tomorrow? All I need is to put on the darned timing belt; im gonna change it next week anyways.

The old belt came off easy because it was STRETCHED. Loosen the belt tensioner and put the belt back on. Rotate the motor (by hand) one entire revolution just to make sure everything is back to TDC.

^yep, and if you removed that belt without first loosening the tensioner then i hope you had to pry it off cause if it came off easily then it has slack in it and should probably be replaced.

Rotate the crank another 360 degrees until it's back to the TDC mark?
I tried removing the bolt on the right side for the lower timing belt cover, and a super long bolt on the left side of the engine towards the power steering pump (keep in mind i'm facing the camshaft from the driver fender) and now that super long bolt (which was next to the dipstick housing) isn't fitting back in it's place where I pulled it.
Yeah, had to pry it off.

Yes, whenever you remove or Install a timing belt, you have to loosen the belt tensioner. I rotate the motor (counter-clockwise) after the belt is on, tensioner tightened.....just to make sure all is correct. Timing perfect every time.....

you should be able to excess the bolt with a short 14mm socket and a socket.
it should be fairly tight but you should be able to do it.

I did the same thing as you when taking it off, just slid it off.
I put it back on by having my bro haul the belt edge up onto the cam gear while I rotated the crank gear to pull the belt onto the cam (I didn't know about the grommet in the timing cover at the time or I woulda just done that XD; )
Just make sure you mark the cam gear and belt teeth so the belt goes back on without skipping a tooth!

Simply; I just want to get the car from point A to point B so said Point B can fix all the timing problems.

The crank pulley is not that far away from TDC.
I will make this as clear as possible, YOU CAN'T TAKE THE TIMING COVER OFF WITHOUT REMOVING THE CRANK PULLEY.
Remove the motor mount, there will be a black plug in the cover, remove it, the bolt behind it is the tensoner.

As far as the timing belt goes the tensioner appears loose. The belt will always flap and deflect a little, but that's definitely excessive. Put the engine at top dead center, loosen the tensioner adjusting bolt 180°, turn the engine counterclockwise so 3 teeth go by on the cam pulley and tighten the tensioner bolt.

Why dont you just stop being lazy and take off the pulley and cover and install the belt correctly. youre gambling with the way you are doing it. if that belt isnt lined up right and you crank it over it will bend valves then youre pulling the head back off. also it has to be rotated twice to check the marks. two crankshaft revolutions for one cam revolution.
