That's the upper balljoint. You may be able to replace just the joint by having pressed in and out, but you'll probably just have to buy the whole upper control arm assembly.
You'll need a balljoint puller/gear puller to get the balljoint out, as the shaft is tapered where it goes into the knuckle. And always use a new castle nut and cotter pin!

Im confused, is this a joke? You have over 8000 posts and you don't know what a ball joint is?
Anyways, For the accord you have to buy the whole upper arm, I would think its the same on a Legend.

I wouldn't risk it. What if the ball joint becomes loose over time? I wouldn't want to risk my life on something like that. However once you get that upper control arm replaced (if you do), you'll need another alignment

alignment should be free...there's an alignment machine at school, free stuff
sounds like time to run to junk yard again! how much the whole arm cost in honda?

You can get a new ball joint from your parts stores, Autozone, discount autoparts etc... It would be the better choice since your would want new ball joints, not ones that have been sitting around in a junkyard. They can be pressed in/out of the arms. That should be replaced ASAP before massive suspension failure occurs.

That's what happens when balljoints break while you're going down the road. Pictures start on page 4. If you're gonna get an aftermarket one instead of OEM, try at least and get a brand you're familiar with that makes halfway decent stuff. In the example I posted, that exact joint was an aftermarket replacement, that had just been replaced about a year and a half prior to this happening.
