I have a 1999 accord 5spd. I just got a new clutch (i didnt get a new clutch at the honda dealer) and i cant seem to start from a stop smoothly with it. with the old clutch i was as smooth as an automatic but with this one i get started and then it jerks. i get the car up to about 2000 rpm instantly and it falls back to about 1200 and does a quick jerk and then goes back up (all in the course of about 2 seconds). my old clutch used to do the same thing but it wouldnt jerk or fall down as far. i keep trying to work this problem out but it stays the same. I have been driving it with the new clutch for a little over a week. if anybody has any idea to how i can solve this problem it would be appreciated
