Default Any one have the answer to this ?

alright iam going to give you the situation i was in and u guys tell me what u think might be wrong ok. alright so iam driving down the street just reg driving nothing hard on the car and i get to a stop light as iam sittin gthere my idel drops to like just above 400 then raises back to 500 the light turned green and i hit the gas to hopefully stop my car from dieing and the car had like a delayed reaction of about 5 to 7 sec before the car started to go. i went and set my idel up on the car as high as i can go and it still does it. in reverse if i go passed 2500 rpms and i left off to put in drive the car will stall and bog down and die. some told me that it might be distributor and plug wires but i dunno cuz i had turbo on car a while back and i got the 2 step colder plugs but i never changed them out you guys think i should go get stock plugs agian and put them in there? well please help asap alright thanks agian for reading this...

damn man, learn how to use periods and paragraphs.

anyways, it might be the distributor, but i know when i needed a new one, my car would just idle very erratically. do you hear a sorta metal on metal sound coming from your engine bay?

my first guess would be the distributor. good luck
