I can only buy one of the above items. Which will give me the best result in the 1/4 mile? Should I go for CTR cams or Skunk2 manifold? or the light weight wheels (rota 15in)?

 

well as much as I love the Circuit 8 wheel, it will do nothing of major importance if you do not get a tire more suited to your application along with these rims...
just a fyi.

maybe go with CTR cams (used ~$450) for best power jump.
next rock a skunk2 mani.
then go with c8's.

 

My opinion would be synonymous with Owens if you are looking for power for your buck.

 

get the CTR cams.......i just put them in last weekend and they are BAD *** untuned......this is the REAL vtec........i got the skunk2 manifold also but installation of the cams is easier

Skunk2 is not Carb Exempt...but it looks identical to an ITR manifold so I don't think you'd have any problems, unless someones being very picky.
