Default SUSPENTION IDEAS

I have a question for my fellow autoX fans.

Right now i have a nice EG with a b series engine. I have some Teg Neuspeed race springs with teg Tokico Illum. shocks (for a stifff feel) and a rear 3/4" ST sway bar and a used set of Victoracers on 14" wheels. Stock brakes and drums.

I was thining of going with a Koni Yellows trom a TEG and a set of GC Road Race set with mabey 400 Fronts and 500 rears. and getting a set of Teg brakes front and rear.

Does anyone have any better ideas about what new parts i could use in my setup or what better shocks and springs i could get for the same money. I use the car on the street on daily but at least on the weekends. Would that rate be too much for the bumps on a bumps ashfault road?

thank alot for you advise.

My Teg: 450/550#, Koni Yellows. Street, autox, track weekends. Pretty stiff, but better cornering grip than my driving talent can handle.

Sounds like a good start to me.

I don't think you need teg brakes...just good pads and fluid.

Koni yellows
I ran them on my EK and now I have them on my EG. I've heard of the Tokico's going bad after 10K miles.
I just installed the 400/500 coilovers from Skunk2. Very stiff, but havn't have them on track yet (VIR next weekend!!). I'm used to them for daily driving and I don't mind the still ride. But after a 2+ hours on a long trip, my *** starts to get sore.

Stock brakes and drums
I've got a frankenstin 4-lug ITR brake conversion with a Fastbrakes 11" rear upgrade. Add some CarboTech pads and you better not have any loose fillings.
(I have a wrecked GSR down at P1Auto on Charlotte, NC. Let me know if your interested in the swap.)

BTW: 57STS I used to live in Mo-town for about 6 years. You in school there?
