Problems using ITR SWAYBAR with ITR LCA... experts wanted!

I dont know if it's just me or if others have this same problem. But here's my
story:
I installed the ITR swaybar using the BSQ kit onto my ITR LCA's. After driving
around, I hear a banging noise everytime I would hit a small bump or something.
I check under the car and notice the swaybar is actually rubbing on the rear part
of the ITR LCA which started to cause an indentation on the LCA. It looked as if
the swaybar was actually resting on the LCA. WTF?
Why was it doing this? Was my car too low?
Update
To solve the resting/rubbing issue, I put 5 small washers on each bolt between the
BSQ kit and subframe. Which seemed like the only way to have it not rest or rub
on the LCA. It worked.
I've read in another post that there might still be a chance of subframe tear out by
adding those washers. Any insight would be very helpful.
Also, by doing that.. It seemed like the swaybar isnt doing its job as well as it did
before. I beleive that by adding the washers between the subframe/BSQ kit, it
actually gave the endlinks a little bit less pressure and not allowing the swaybar to
work to its fullest.
So what should I do now? What should I try out? Any ideas or advice would be
greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have the ITR rear sway and ITR LCA's w/o the problem you mention. Check out the install of your BSQ kit and see if your bolts are on torqued tight enough.

Trust me.. they're torqued tight enough. I'm pretty sure one of the answers depends on how low your car is.
Still looking for other people's insights

By the way, I just checked it again and now the endlink is rubbing on the front
part of the LCA.
I'll try putting some washers there and a longer bolt to try to prevent it from
touching the LCA.

are you sure you installed it correctly? its not upside down is it?
I wonder why ITR LCA's will cause problems with an ITR SwayBar? Wouldn't the ITR stock from the factory have problems? Although the subframe setup is a little different, but still.

make sure you didnt mount the bar upside down, or the lcs the wrong way.. I have seen people install the L on the R side and vice versa.... Just double check... I ran an itr suspension in my eg with an itr sway, and the sway does NOT touch any part of the lca, except where it bolts into the lca
