Why Is My Main ReLay SO LOUD????????? (Not Found In Search)
Hey guys. I checked the search option already and it seems that anyone that already had a problem with their main relay it usually invovled them not being able to start/turnover their car. Well you know what, my car is absolutly fine. The main relay clicks when i turn it over and my car is able to start just normal. The problem is as my get higher and higer in the RPM range, the louder my main relay gets. When I let off the gas it stops whining like crazy. Its so loud that you can HEAR IT OVER MY EXHAUST? wtf? Can anyone please help me out with this? I cant even hear my BOV anymore :-(
if its clicking then that means the power or ground to it is gettin cut off, best bet is CHECK THE GROUND on the THERMOSTAT HOUSING, this is the ground for the main relay if its loose it will cause the clicking.
