Default H22A Tranny Hoses?? Where do they go??

Okay.. so I have my H22 in my Integra finally up and running. Only problem is that 5th gear grinds sometimes. Im about to check my tranny fluid level and add some more in there.

One thing that I didnt hook up was the two hoses that were on the tranny. The hoses were already cut when I got motor from HMO. When I take off the hoses.. its just two fittings that stick out on the back/top part of the tranny. Seems like maybe coolant lines?? Does anyone know where youre supposed to hook this up to? Since I have a hybrid swap I dont have any of those lines running on the chassis. Should I just leave it? or 'T' it into a coolant hose? If so, which line??

I hope I'm not screwing anything up by driving it like this. Any replys would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I think you are talking about the 2 hoses that run into the speed sensor unit? If so the 2 hoses are for the power steering. I think it controls have much tension or resistance you'll have?
