Default what fuel pressure?

i am installing a fpr this weekend...my setup is stock b16head/gsr block with jdm itr pistons...itr im, walbro 255 fuel pump, exhaust, and intake. what should i set my fuel pressure to? is 50 psi alright?

do you have something like a Greddy A/F monitor to see how stoich the mixture is? Unless you do or have something else to tune off of...i wouldnt mess with the FP.

Tune it to about 14:1 i think for all motor and a little richer (13:1) for turbo...

That's probably a bit high. Try 44psi or so. Just keep cleaning and rechecking your plugs if you're not going to check it with a wideband O2. You'd rather it was a bit rich than too lean, but get it about right before you start redlining it.

factory injectors and rc injectors are designed to yeild optimal spray pattern at 42 psi. But if you are running stock injectors I would bump it up to 45 psi to compensate for your mods.

i run a b&m fpr with the walboro 255lph pump , the lowest the b&m will go is like 42 and my autometter a/f gauge reads in the stoch at wot even those i know the autometer gauges aernt dead on i know its in the ball park.

that's what my b&m does, i can't get it to go lower than 42 psi! i'll stick with that since i'm running rc's 370cc injectors, i can't wait to dyno so i can see where my A/F is at now
