oil in my blowoff valve?

i have oil spraying from my bov, is that my turbo seals or something worse?

yes your turbo seals are toast.

is it cheaper toi just replace those or should i purchase a new turbo?

I will second that. rebuilding is cheap but can take a couple weeks.
