Default Auto tranny fluid for 91 Integra

What is the correct tranny fluid for a 91 automatic Integra? Owners manual calls for Dexroin II. Only Dexron III is availiable now, is it ok to use Dexron three? Anyone with real world info on this? Thanks

Dex III replaced II. Its ok to put III in a car that Requires II but not the other way around.

III is a better chemical formulation to meet the higher standards.
