Does SRS effect cruise control and horn operation????

does anyone know if your SRS has a problem, if it affects the horn and cruise control operations?

Maybe the cable reel is messed up causing all 3 problems...

I took the SRS harness out of my 95 EX and the cuise and horn didn't work. Put the harness back in and it worked fine again.
