YS1 Xsi tranny eats Oil?
when I did my swap I put oil from the top part of the tranny.
today when I try to drain the Oil to PUT some GM friction stuff
bam no oil came out of the Drain Hole...
wtf?
do Trannys eat OIL or what.. where did all my tranny Oil GO?
also my 3rd gear was grinding looks like the GM **** is working little...

I hear synchromesh gets better once it's cycled a few times... meaning when it's heated up and cooled down multiple times. If your synchros are completely shot, then synchromesh won't help much. It's more of a crutch than a fix.
As for the tranny eating oil, I don't think that they do under normal conditions. Are you sure that you're not leaking it out??

I think its leaking from somewhere but I haven't took a Look I am not even sure if its leaking
hopefully the synchromesh gets better as the days pass make my slight 3rd grind go away at high rpms...
