i've heard of people using a dremel tool for p&p...but not sure how well it would work. i suppose it all depends on the quality of the job you do yourself...

Extrude Hone is a brand name of a process where they push an abrasive material (I've heard its got a consistency of thick mud) through the intake manifold under extreme pressure. It doesn't remove a lot of material, it just smooths out the walls of the manifold for "better flow". Its one of those things that some people swear by while others curse. I've heard stores of gaining and losing hp.
With a dremel you can probably port match the TB-manifold side if you plan on getting a specific size throttle body. And you can gasket match the manifold to head side. Clean up any casting flash, although Honda's don't seem to have that.
