G2: cricking noise, lower brace ?'s

G2: cricking noise, lower brace ?'s
On my G2 integra 4dr i've been noticing a cricking noise everytime i'm coming to a stop. Things i know i've done bad so far are:
LOWER BRACE BAR
i had it off, did'nt relise it till i went into my garage and started to clean house before winter. I tried to re-intall it and now the bolts do not match up anymore, they are about 1/2 off. I'm figuring this is bad. did i tweek my ride? I think it also has loosen my axle from the half shaft as well. Any fixes for such a problem?
