Found oil in the old intake tube
Hey guys, I just installed the J's Racing intake (Thanks Christian) and I found oil residue in my old intake pipe. There was a little in the throttle body also. Does this mean I have a bad PCV valve?

Dont you just love useless posts from people?
Not sure about that being anything to do with your pcv, but that tube does create a vacuum from the valve cover. So it does tend to pull some "junk" into the intake. I've had the same stuff with my AEM and that tube.

But, for sure won't pass emissions in Cali at the very least.

Is it normal though? There was oil residue in the tube that went from the valve cover to the intake tube. It was the same for the OEM intake and the AEM I had previously installed.
