Default motor mounts

Are the motor mounts the same for an automatic and a five speed in a 92-96? I have heard that the tranny mount it different and I have also heard that they are all the same. I am having one hell of a time trying to get this h22a into a prelude a 92 S model bay, and the car was orginally an auto and I have already convertered it to a five spd. It just doesn't look like the mounts line up. And the h22a came out of a 93. Any help would be great.
Thanks

Judging from the schematic in my honda manual I would say the a/t and m/t mounts are different from one another.
