Im probably going to be getting ripped off for 820 bucks, from some guy out in San antonio, Texas. On a deal for an aem ems (paid him a money order two and half weeks ago). Ive called and emailed him but i get varied replies in the email's; first at the begining of this past week he said he was sick, so i said ok and let him have a few days, But to no resolve i havent got a reply from him. I call his phone number but ive never really gotten a hold of him, and if i do hes not there, or hell try to send it out this week. (ive gotten that reply more than twice)

its been over 2.5weeks now and this is pretty much the last part i need for my car to get going (its been down for a while). I would like to handle this personally but im a college student full time and work quite a bit. So if theres anyone in san antonio who could possibly help me out by going to this guys house (i have the adress) and shipping me the ems it would be much appreciated. i could also pay them for their troubles.

if not, you guys have any other opinions on what i could do?

well i did a search on the name today, just to see what would come up.

kyle hoppes the 1 and only thread i got is how he scammed someone.

Do you think if i called the police in san antionio anything would be able to get done about this?

well ive decided if bruthaboost dosent hear anything by monday or if nothin happens by then im gona call the police and see what they can do. Im trying to figure out what i can try to claim this under, since its over 500 dollars i heard its a jailable offense. Id like a list of other people hes scammed since the more people i can get the more trouble he could get into and the more people could get there money back.

its over state lines too, not sure but i think that makes it worse for him.
