Will these not pass an emissions test? I am looking to buy a high flow cat but someone informed me that they won't pass the test.

any truth to this?

Theres only a few hi flows that pass emissions testing. i dunno bout the testing where you are, bu there in tight *** Cali. the hi flow cat needs to have a CARB #. Random Technology makes a cat thats legal for use here. I'd check the emissions rules for your state
