Default JDM fogs don't work anymore!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got around to putting in H3 bulbs into my JDM fogs last nite and do the mod. This is what I did...

I crimp a male spade connector to one end of an 18 gauge wire. With the other end, I use the screw which is in contact with the clip/holder (which in turn is in contact with the bulb when u "lock" the bulb in place) on the housing and screw in the wire. I plug the spade connector into the ground on the harness coming from the car and I plug the connector of the h3 into the + on the harness coming from the car.

Result: doesn't work .

I plug in the stock H3C back to the harness without using the housing (don't think it matters). Doesnt' work anymore. I thought I've blown a fuse. According to my prelude hand book, there's a 15 amp fuse for the fogs. So I checked that but it isn't blown at all.

Any ideas????????????????????????????????????????????? ? Am I doing something wrong here?

Might want to check your bulbs themselves. You may have burnt out the bulb. If that isn't the problem, then check the wiring again.
