Default amp problem.. please help!!

ok, here's my prob.. someone plz help me out here. here's the situation: i use to have gsr front/rear seats on my 95 civic hatch, and i bolted the subs to the rear seats. i swapped back the old seats and i didn't have time to bolt them to my stock civic seats, so i just left them lying there. i have two amps.. one for the subwoofer and one for the speakers. it's a performance teknique amp.. anyways, here's what happened: i was driving home from school and all of a sudden, i took a hard turn and my music just died out, but i still hear the sub bumping. when i got home, i checked the amps.. the amp for the sub is still powered and the light is still on, so that means it's fine. i looked at the amp that powers the speakers and the light was off, i found a loose cable, so i unscrewed the screw, and plugged it back in. i know i did it right.. but no power!! the loose cable was connected to the amp where it says "12v" this is driving me nutss... i want my music back.. help!

i'd check the fuse in the power line leading to that amp. I bet you the wire touched the car and popped the fuse
